The Fresh Life Conference

Our aim was to embody 'The Fresh Life' while creating a multi-day education and wellness experience for Fresh Clinics' inaugural conference, now in its second year. For an Australian-founded aesthetics software company, we were determined to provide 300+ guests with a one-of-a-kind experience, disrupting the typical conference model in the process.

We turned the picturesque five-star Crystalbrook Byron into a 3-day immersive business and lifestyle retreat. Featuring three stages, separate treatment rooms, outdoor activations, more than 50 speaker sessions, and a Coachella-themed 'Freshchella' party with lively entertainment, our event was a true standout.

Against the backdrop of the beautiful Australian bushland, attendees enjoyed delicious and nutritious meals in an al fresco setting, participated in wellness sessions within a custom-built outdoor tent, and revelled in the abundant lush greenery. This allowed us to successfully transform Fresh Clinics' vision of a unique conference wellness oasis into a tangible reality.
