In partnership with Global Citizen, we brought the inaugural Global Citizen NOW: Melbourne summit to life at the iconic Centrepiece in Melbourne Park.

Over 400 activists, innovators, and change-makers from across the Asia-Pacific region attended the two-day event, joining forces with some of the world’s brightest minds to drive action to end extreme poverty across the world.

We worked closely with Global Citizen to create an engaging program of over 60 speakers. The diverse range of panellists included climate advocate Brianna Fruean, Sarah Ferguson, Duchess of York, Australia’s favourite TV host and climate activist Osher Günsberg, Prime Minister of Timor Leste, Xanana Guzmaõ, musicians Neil Finn, Ziggy Ramo and Nooky, and sports legends Craig Foster AM, Moana Hope and Ellia Green, plus so many more.

Culminating in meaningful action and significant announcements, Global Citizen NOW: Melbourne served as a powerful testament to the collective power of diverse voices, proving that when individuals and leaders come together, impactful solutions to pressing global challenges become a reality.
